  • All items are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment. We do not ship damaged merchandise.

 

Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as ARyelle is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

  • Do not send items back without approval

  • All returns must be reviewed and approved by our team

  • Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the correct return address

Important: ARyelle is not responsible for packages returned without authorization. Unauthorized returns will be refused and sent back to the sender.

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

📦 Shipping & Delivery

All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 3–5 business days (or sooner).

Once your order has been shipped:

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information

  • You are responsible for monitoring your shipment

Please note:

  • ARyelle is not responsible for packages lost or delayed in transit

  • Customers must provide the correct shipping address at checkout

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses are not eligible for refunds

  • Unclaimed or refused packages are not eligible for store credit or exchange
