Shipping Policy

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

Lost or stolen packages must be addressed with the shipping carrier. ARyelle is not responsible for packages marked as delivered.
Digital Products
All digital products, including eBooks and flipbook access, are non-refundable.
Upon purchase, you are granted personal, non-transferable access. You may not:
